     We provide Doggy Daycare, Overnight Boarding, and Grooming. All of our daycare and overnight boarding guests participate in ALL-DAY-DAYCARE while they´re with us! The only times they are not participating in group play is to eat and sleep ... that´s it! Our DOGGY DAYCARE and OVERNIGHT BOARDING programs have been designed not to simply "occupy" our four-legged guests, but rather to enrich their lives mentally, physically and socially!  Before we can accept daycare and boarding reservations for new guests, all dogs must successfully complete what we call a “Meet & Greet.” This is a very carefully designed process to ensure that our guests are compatible with this type of environment (and it´s FREE). We encourage you to plan far in advance when making your Meet & Greet. Because we only accept a handful of new dogs each day, there may be a wait of a few weeks/months before we are able to schedule your Meet & Greet. We assure you though, the wait will be well worth it!  12,000+ square feet of indoor & outdoor space for the pooches!     Policies & Disclaimers

    First time guests must schedule a meet & greet with staff as soon as possible after booking and prior to the booking start date. Dogs must be current with the following vaccinations: Rabies. Rabies boosters must be administered according to your veterinarian’s recommendation. This is usually annually or every three years. First time rabies vaccinations must be administered at least 28 days prior to your dog entering our facility. Canine Distemper/Parvovirus/Parainfluenza.  Often referred to simply as the Distemper shot, this shot contains vaccinations against Distemper, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza. This booster must be administered according to your veterinarian’s recommendation. This is usually annually or every two/three years. Bordatella.  Bordatella vaccines must be administered either annually or bi-annually, according to your veterinarian’s recommendation. While we recommend the bi-annual vaccination, we gladly accept annual bordatella vaccinations. *First time bordatella vaccinations must be administered no less than two weeks prior to your dog entering our facility. Accepted form of flea/tick medication We DO accept titre tests. Please make sure that vaccination records are provided to us each time they are updated. We cannot accept any dogs with expired vaccinations. Dogs must be friendly towards other dogs and people, and not protective of food, toys, or space.  Dogs must have successfully completed our free Meet & Greet prior to stay.

    Check-In All boarding dogs must check-in prior to 12:00 pm. We understand that "life happens" and this is not always possible.  If an exception is needed, kindly contact us to make arrangements.  Check-Out Dogs can check-out anytime during our regular business hours. On the day of Check-Out, our boarding guests play for FREE until 12:00pm.  All dogs who check-out after 12:00pm will be charged an additional $19 daycare fee. Please be prompt when picking up your pooch as all dogs not picked up by closing will be boarded overnight for an additional night´s boarding fee.

Claim Submission Process: To submit a claim, you must contact Furstays!™ customer support within 24 hours of booking and provide: Proof of the lower price (e.g., a screenshot or direct link to the competing offer). If the claim is approved, Furstays!™ will adjust your booking to match the lower price or refund the difference.     Furstays!™ Deposit and Pricing Information

    A deposit, not to exceed 15 USD, may be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation and is non-refundable under any circumstances. The remaining balance of the booking price shall be payable directly to the property or facility, either at the commencement or conclusion of the stay, as dictated by the policies of the property. Payment methods accepted for remaining balance may vary by property, and it is the responsibility of the guest to confirm acceptable payment methods in advance. Late payments or failure to remit the remaining balance may result in forfeiture of the reservation, additional fees, or penalties as stipulated by the property’s terms and conditions. By completing the booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms, including the non-refundable nature of the deposit. The final price of the booking includes a compensation fee payable to Furstays and is subject to adjustments based on factors such as seasonality, promotional discounts, or current market demand. By completing the booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the pricing reflects these considerations and constitutes the full and agreed-upon amount due for the reservation.

    Furstays!™ Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations may be permitted in accordance with the policies of the property; however, under no circumstances shall any cancellation entitle the guest to a refund of the deposit paid to Furstays!™. By proceeding with the booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this non-refundable deposit policy.

    Furstays!™ Refunds

    Furstays!™ provides a satisfaction guarantee on its services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may submit a request for a refund. Upon approval, Furstays!™ will issue a refund for its service fee promptly. This guarantee applies solely to the service fee charged by Furstays!™ and does not extend to any deposits or payments made to the property.
