We offer a safe and interactive place for your pets to stay and play.  Overnight furry guests enjoy safe and spacious lodging with TVs with 24 hour secure surveillance throughout the facility.  Our professional staff has the experience and knowledge to provide your pet with exceptional care while you’re gone.

    Training

    Most dog owners seek a well-behaved dog that listens, behaves and the like, but this is not always the case at first. Our skilled STAFF will work whole heartedly with your pets immediately upon staying! They will learn social skills and basic obedience swiftly. Social skills are quickly learned just being in the play areas with our Experienced Staff and furry pals. You will see positive results in your pet quickly as their stays continue! As they progress you will see traits take effect at home, and with others dogs while out and about. Dogs love our friendly experienced staff as well as our state of the art facility with multiple pools, yards of playgrounds and agility FUN STUFF!

    What do I bring?
    It is always best to avoid changing your pet´s normal feeding routine. We
    therefore request that you bring food and any necessary medications. Customers
    are responsible for supplying enough of both for their dog´s entire stay. Busters
    Happy Tails, Inc. requests all prescription medication to be in their original
    bottles. Please do not bring oversized bags or tubs of food for your dog. Instead,
    we kindly ask that you bag your dog´s food by individual meal (not by day). When
    measuring enough food for your dog´s stay, please make sure to include a little
    extra. Due to our guests being quite active during their stay, they have a tendency
    to develop larger appetites than normal. Should you reservation be extended and
    your pet run out of food, Busters Happy Tails, Inc. will gladly supply food for your
    dog at a cost of $2.00 per-meal. Please make sure your dog´s name is on all food,
    medication and any other belongings.


    Extras
    We encourage a blanket, bed, unlaundered t-shirt, and a favorite toy for your
    dog´s comfort. All extras will be kept in your dog´s doggy suite and he/she will
    have access to them only during the night time hours. Please do not bring any
    irreplaceable items as we cannot guarantee their return.
    Don’ts
    Please do NOT bring food bowls. We provide clean, stainless steel bowls for all of
    our guests. Please do NOT bring any type of rawhide chews, raw bones or tennis
    balls.


    Vaccinations
    Verification of vaccines is required before ANY PET enters the resort. We prefer to
    contact your vet directly to obtain your pets records. We require the following:
    • Bordetella
    • Distemper/Parvo Virus
    • Rabies
    • Proof of Flea and Tick prevention


    Check-in
    All boarding dogs must check-in prior to 3:00pm. We understand that "life
    happens" and this is not always possible. If an exception is needed, kindly contact
    us to make arrangements.


    Check out
    Dogs can check-out anytime during our regular business hours. On the day of
    Check-Out, our boarding guests play for FREE until 2:00pm. All dogs that checkout after 2:00pm will be charged an additional $15 daycare fee. Please be prompt
    when picking up your pooch as all dogs not picked up by closing will be boarded
    overnight for an additional night´s boarding fee.
     Monday-Friday Pickup no later than 6pm
     Saturday & Sunday pickup no later than 5pm

    Holidays
    Our lobby is closed on the following national holidays; however pet drop off and
    pickup will be accommodated with reservations in advance. There will also be a
    $5.00 Holiday Rate charged in addition to regular boarding rates on Holidays &
    the day prior. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your pets stay please be
    courteous and give a 24 hour notice. This allows our staff time to coordinate &
    place your pet in assigned suites prior to arrival.

Be publicly available and verifiable at the time of your claim. Claim Submission Process: To submit a claim, you must contact Furstays!™ customer support within 24 hours of booking and provide: Proof of the lower price (e.g., a screenshot or direct link to the competing offer). Your Furstays!™ booking confirmation number. Claim Evaluation: Claims will be reviewed by Furstays!™ within a reasonable timeframe. If the claim is approved, Furstays!™ will adjust your booking to match the lower price or refund the difference.     Furstays!™ Deposit and Pricing Information

The remaining balance of the booking price shall be payable directly to the property or facility, either at the commencement or conclusion of the stay, as dictated by the policies of the property. Payment methods accepted for remaining balance may vary by property, and it is the responsibility of the guest to confirm acceptable payment methods in advance. Late payments or failure to remit the remaining balance may result in forfeiture of the reservation, additional fees, or penalties as stipulated by the property’s terms and conditions. By completing the booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms, including the non-refundable nature of the deposit. The final price of the booking includes a compensation fee payable to Furstays and is subject to adjustments based on factors such as seasonality, promotional discounts, or current market demand. By completing the booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the pricing reflects these considerations and constitutes the full and agreed-upon amount due for the reservation.

    Cancellations may be permitted in accordance with the policies of the property; however, under no circumstances shall any cancellation entitle the guest to a refund of the deposit paid to Furstays!™.     Furstays!™ provides a satisfaction guarantee on its services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may submit a request for a refund. Upon approval, Furstays!™ will issue a refund for its service fee promptly.
