    We look after your animals like they were our own. Sometimes while boarding, certain emergencies arrive. This could include anything from minor stomach upset and diarrhea to thunderstorm anxiety, lacerations or bloat. Dr. Kitchen is on-site for any emergency, whether big or small. You have the option to be notified before any treatment, or can trust in us that we will do the right thing for your pet, and your wallet. Dogs are exercised in our outdoor grassy fenced-in backyard, and sleep in air conditioned runs that are matched to suit the size of the family pet. We supply food, bedding and water at the times you specify. We feed Science Diet Maintenance dry or wet food, but you´re more than welcome to bring your own food and belongings. If your pet requires medication, please bring it in the original bottles with the correct directions. With our on-site pharmacy, we can supply refills if needed. Pets can be given a bath, nail trim and teeth brushing at your request. Full vaccines are required to board, and can be given while they board. We recommend the Bordetella vaccine prior to boarding for full coverage. We now offer a pleasant ORAL Bordetella vaccine, which is just as effective but not given up the nose, as this is uncomfortable for them. Need a dental, or surgery? This can be done while your pets board! Just ask. We love our feline friends too! Cats get their own quiet suites with multiple levels and daily to twice-daily brushings and feedings. We have catnip playtime, but only those granted permission. All animals are thoroughly inspected for fleas, and given a 100% flea killing treatment that is non-lethal to the pet, if necessary.

    Dogs are required to have a current Rabies vaccine, DHLP-P vaccine, an annual parasite check, a yearly heartworm test, and a Bordetella vaccine within the last 6 months. Cats are required to have a current Rabies vaccine, FVRCP, an annual parasite check, and a Bordetella vaccine within the last 6 months. If your pet requires vaccinations, we need to perform an examination. Vaccination record must be on record here or verified with another veterinarian. All animals are checked in and out by a Veterinarian or Technician. Please allow time for this. If external parasites (fleas, ticks) are present, he/she will be treated at the owner´s expense. If the pet soils themselves excessively during boarding, they will be bathed at the owner´s expense. Should your pet become sick or injured during the stay, they will be treated by the doctor. We require an emergency contact phone number where you can be reached in case of emergency. We make every effort to ensure that all our rates are fair and reasonable. We will try to care for the toys, bedding and belongings, but can not be held responsible for them. Hills/Royal Canin dry food is provided for your pet during their stay at no additional charge. If your pet is on a prescription diet, please bring it in with them, or it will be dispensed at regular charge. Please bring in your pets medication with them. Boarders with up to 2 treatments will require an additional $2.00 medicating fee per day. Boarders with 3-4 treatments will require an additional $4.00 medicating fee per day. DAYS BOARDED INCLUDE THE DAY THE PET COMES IN AND THE DAY THE PET GOES HOME, REGARDLESS OF THE TIME OF DAY.

Payment methods accepted for remaining balance may vary by property, and it is the responsibility of the guest to confirm acceptable payment methods in advance. Late payments or failure to remit the remaining balance may result in forfeiture of the reservation, additional fees, or penalties as stipulated by the property’s terms and conditions.
